Wiring city lights in a EK

City lights are the rest of the world's answer to parking lights. They're located in the headlight housing, and come on as parking lights. On a JDM civic, when you turn your lights to the "parking" position, your city lights would come on, and your corners and sidemarkers would remain unlit. The city lights stay on with headlights and high-beams. The corner and side marker lights are used only for signaling.

I have my lights set up for a more "legal-friendly" purpose. Mine come on with my parking lights, and turn off with my headlights.

eran, awesome picture. how do you have yours wired up to turn off with your headlights?

Double ground method. 12v switched power (red) from corner lights, so they come on with my corners. Grounded to low-beam headlight bulb, so it breaks the circuit.

alright, I tried that and they wouldn't go off. I have the Password wiring harness, and ran the red wire from the harness to the red wire of the corners, and I tried the black wire to the low beam but it didn't work!? which color is the low beam headlight?

Yeah, its not difficult..

But are those oem fogs? if so, how are they on with the parking lights? Mine automatically turn off when I turn my low beams off..
