well yes they are black and the brand is honda japan, as for the drving lamp i dunno if you have ever seen real JDM headlamp from any car but they have an extra light plugg-in for a drving lamp so when just the parking lights are on so is this little bulb in the corner do u know what i mean? my friend has it on his JDM DC2 and my other friend who has a Prelude so.......

and the driving light is refered to as a city light...

all i know is id rather see a civic with bootleg jdm"style" parts everywhere than a civic with a blitz body kit terminator wing,lights on the hood,rims and muffler and interior and of course a bunch of stickers of non performance companies except for the NOS sticker clear across the hood etc etc.

honestly i very much dislike jdm, and most jdm stylings.... but that m3 style lip spoiler is everywhere on ebay fy-izzy to all the peeps who liked it.
imo if you're gonna go posin with those ctr headlights you might as well go all out and put the ctr stickers everywhere
