I was pretty sure I sent you a PM but i dont see it in my sent box so maybe it never sent (i was at work and it was busy, so sorry for that..)...
if you really want it in public.. i will explain in public...

some time ago.. your frequency of being on CC really changed..
so i messaged you about it.. asked you if you wanted to stay on..
you told me you did so we left it at that..
you then WERE more active for a little while...

but.. even with that.. you weren't really ever around the mod forum that much.. and rarely posted in the public forum...

so yesterday.. Ron left the site as a moderator.. and we were discussing other potential staff changes..

so someone (not me) brought you up.. saying you were literally NEVER around anymore..

so i pulled the moderator logs.. you would be very active for one day.. then a ghost for 7-10 days.. and this was like this for the last couple months at least...

so then several other moderators asked OPENLY in the moderator lounge if we should replace you with someone who has more free time.. it was all there to read.. but again since you are not really around much you probably didn't get to see it.. the staff members that we have now.. are on EVERY day.. they are active EVERY day.. and these are sectional moderators not even smods... so they felt that you just didn't have time for the site as much as you used to.. since I had noticed before I agreed with them... you are similar to Mike (Handlebars) for me.. I have nothing but respect for you.. we butt heads in the beginning.. but through time I got to know you better and have ZERO issue with you, other than your lack of available time.. it was simply a matter of what appeared to be a lack of time to devote to the site.. it was NOTHING personal..

So that's it in a nut shell.. I am really sorry i didn't send the PM.. It was rather long and I was typing it as I was working, so i guess i just closed the browser before i sent it..

i was just f**king on yesteday, there was no mention then of anything, this message you we're supposed to send to me, never came, as opps you didn't send it, per our previous pm's, there is only 1 person who has a right to revoke my privileges as mod, maybe someone should have actually checked with me before i wake up to a surprise this morning outta left field Your FIred, who the f**k is anybody to just act like Donald Trump outta no where.

as for active, i'm as active as i always am, 90% or more of the talk in mod lounge is useless babble s**t, or mods arguing with each other cause they can't just get along, i have stated i would not participate in that s**t, who would want to when it gets old after reading every other thread about that. Sorry but i get so f**king tired of having to play ref all the time!

hey man whats up.. listen i was going through the moderator logs as I do at times.. and noticed a pretty sharp reduction in your activity recently.. i KNOW you are still active in the mod lounge.. but in regards to actually modding the site its pretty low compared to what it used to be.. I was just wondering if you are starting to find less time in your life for this.. NOT being rude.. NOT looking to start s**t.. you have done a TON for this site so thats why im coming to you first.. i have NOT had this discussion with any other staff member including justin.. but just what i noticed in going through the logs.. If life no longer permits you the time to do this as much please let me know.. Joe has wanted to become an smod for some time and he is VERY active so i would probably consider him if you ever lost the ability to be as involved..

nope i'm good, sure i have been busy with getting the house ready for sale which it is listed, so yeah i have not had the time as usual, bu tthat has passed, and the house is listed, so not much for me to worry about other then just that.

Also, something you may not have ever known, my modship was a deal with justin, not trying to sound rude, just something you or no one else may have not known, me being a mod in return for me offering discounts to member's on parts, so if me being removed, that should only be left to Justin, though it's not what i want, but it's the truth, no joke, but i'm here as a mod no doubt.
Remember as a adult, we have more thing to worry about off site, and in our live's then just here, so we may not always have time to do things, though i try to do hit and runs as much as possible.

not exactly on both account, Joe already was a Smod, which i thought was great to have the extra help, also age has nothing to do with enoying a part of your own hobby, maybe you, but not most people.

I see no real issue with this thread.. its been COMPLETELY civil.. and is not creating any drama..

you're right but it's better to use pm's than to create a thread with what others may consider drama, I've seen you say this before as well I wouldn't have seen this thread had it not been reported due to, "may cause drama"



Not only that but I did post after you in the mod lunge like a month or two ago about you being inactive and hadn't made a post in the public forum since like last year... you ignored my post, as did everyone else, because you're rarely on to see anything. Yesterday... someone else noticed how inactive you are and made a post about it. That post was on for most of the day untill other's started to comment... again, had you just logged on, you would have seen the post.


and this about you not wanting to participate because staff is arguing is just plain stupid. Since I've been a mod, I've seen just about all staff argue their opinions in the mod lounge.... that's wht the threads and discussions are for. they eventually get settled and final decisions are made but since you want no part in that... you never speak up.



and if you DID have a deal with justin, all you had to do is pm him and say, "WTF happened to our deal?" I'm sure he would honor his deal but you had to go and start this thread, get all mad and say, "deals off then i guess huh! Sorry Justin."




but for real tho.... this is the first time I've seen you post in the public forum since last year.

he's actually been pretty active the past few months. He's been helping out with discussions and more! I hear you tho and I also think that there's nothing wrong with this thread. You just wanted to know why and this option got you an answer quick. Hopefully it all works out in the end.
