do you have any major issues with bottoming out. Your damn near as low as I was when I first put my ground controls on and I def. had to raise mine up cuz I didn't want to bottom out near any kinda bump or hill.

About the rims, I'd get em painted or powdercoated flat black. I like that look but its just me...

thanks for the comments guys and gals, I personally like the c8's more becuase they are 16's. the only reason why i got the slips in 15 was because at the time i was in high school, and my brother bought them for me as my grad present... we got it for hella cheap at the time... only 350 brand new in boxes. btw, the main reason why i got tired of the slips was because it seems like everyone was polishing there slips now.... and i wake up everyday to them...so time for new wheels.

btw, i don't bottom out man.... driving a slammed car is different from driving a car with 2.5 inch drops. you pretty much have to relearn how to drive again, and know your streets..or at least pay attention to them.

1.. i like both sets.. the bronz give off a diffrent hue of the black then what ur slips do.. and

2. i dont bottom out either.. but you deffinatly have to watch how u drive and keep an eye on the roads so u dont hit something.. been there done that.. LOL

you my friend is correct...but sometimes, you can't avoid them all..... i recently ran over a dead coyote carcus(was boxed in on the highway by two trucks)..and thats one reason for the change up...i bought a new lip, grille, i got a new bumper sitting in my room waiting for paint, and new fogs.... because i bought so many new parts, i decided to get new rims. sadly, i only had my other si lip for 4 months, brand new, with only 4-5 scratches on the underside, and now its gone
