wtf...........????????? i got the call from the adjuster and he said that they're only going to cover 20percent of the accident. They said that the guy gained control of his vechile for 15seconds then I hit him. I said to the adjuster "thats bullshit" Now i have to call my insurance so they settle this and I think I have to wait more time to get my car fixed. Man I'm so pissed off. The damage of my car is 2100, 20 percent of that is like 400 or so. That only covers for my jdm headights. Those sons of bitches. I'm thinking about getting lawyer but I don't want to deal with this again. I've done this and it took me 6-7months to settle it. So we'll see. I'm going to call my insurance agent in a few mintues and see what he says. I'll keep ya updated.

They said 15seconds because they're taking the other guys side of the story. Of course he is, hes paying that insurance. I talked to my insurance agent and they're going to take care of it. Damnit no cf hood, no jdm headlights. I think i might have to take it to their shop that they recommend.
I am going to talk to them about that. They want me to take it to some shop called sterling auto body. I'm going to tell them that ive dealt with them before and that i dont like their work. So I can take it to autotrendz in arlington.
oh yea. I spoke with Mike about everything and he's going to fix everything for me. and i hope they do a good job.
i dont know if it will be ready for HIN but i know they do good work. they painted this nsx w/ some 22 Volks. s**t is nice. They also had 2 other nsx's there.

thanks man. I was getting pissed off because my car was just sitting there and now that its in the shop. I'm alright and i know its getting worked on and the insurance already wrote a check out to the shop. So everything is fine as of right now.
I'm getting the car next week. I'm also getting the quarter panel fixed. Might as well since its in the shop already. So I guess everything is cool. Just have to wait.

seen teh si migs...looks nice! even nicer when it gets the cfh. mike's actually persuading me to register my car with him to HIN eventhough there's not much special about my car. i guess he just wants to get free advertisement for the shop...which is all fine with me. he's planning on bringing the blue hatchie (not sure if you saw it at the shop) to the car show too. maybe you should go if your car makes it.
