I get around 37mpg in my 99 coup it's the d16y7 non VTEC 5speed with no a/c but I got a question when I'm going high way speeds (65-75) I'm revving 3grand and up is that normal?

Im back with great news! I've changed the ignition coil, fuel pump and checked the plugs and I'm still getting 350 km to the tank (around 20 mpg) in a auto!
my tire pressure is good, I'm running all seasons and no a/c! is there anything else that could be the reason why I'm getting bad milage? its killing me here!

i also go to Esso for gas.

I get about 28mpg in my 98 LX.

in my 2000 ex(D16y8) i have a a race cam, chipped p28 ecu, CAI, headers and full exhaust. when i was stock with the p2p ecu i got almost 40mpg it seemed. Now I average around 28-30 mpg. If im on the freeway the whole tank will last about 320 miles going about 85mph.
