under a 65 dry shot you would only need new spark plugs and a clutch is recommended

that is like asking how much hp you could get out of "a civic". tell us about your car, and you'll get an answer. what engine? mileage? how has it been driven? what have you done to it this far? has it been serviced regularly? what year is it? how much/often will you be using nitrous?

Spark plugs, and you need to retard your timing about one degree. If your clutch isn't slippin then you don't need to replace it.

that's why you get a professional to install it.

definatl...... but still if you havent done any reasearch on nitrous and you just have it installed on your car it is going to be bad........ if you do the research on it he would know what the optimal stuff he should do to his motor is. I mean i know because i have researched it and i could tell him but you dont want to f**k around with nitrous it could end very badly........so i would suggest doing your own research on this one, just so you get all the details and cant blame anyone els if something goes wrong

I'm not telling you get nitrous or how to tune it, but I thought I should mention zex also now makes wet kit's, and your car may be one of the applications. That's all I'm saying, cause I dunno much about N20 and I don't wanna be responsible for detonation. But from what I heard, upgraded exhaust is good if not almost a necessity for n20. In an issue of HCI they say N20 sprayed engines respond well to exhaust mods, because of the increased oxygen. Also check into the zex spark plugs they'll prolly go good w/ the zex too.

The 2 way's you pretty much prevent from doing damage to motor is to retard your ignition timing & a Air/Fuel Ratio guage, this is a great tool it can save your motor. If your Air/Fuel is going staight to lean when spray then you need to let up, because you are detonating. You should be running at the end of stoich when your motor is timed correctly for nitrous.

Yeah sleepers right. Also I think the zex kit is suppose to be dummy proof to a certain extent, and I believe has some features to help prevent you from going lean, but an A/F gauge is good. Only thing I wonder baout is the necessity of bottle heaters and when they come into play? Anyone know?

yeah man, Just make sure your vtec is working right...retard your timing, get a fpr, and some new spark plugs that are gapped smaller, you should be ok for a 75 shot or so.

to retard your timing you have to turn your distrubuter 1-2 degrees toward your firewall. and i wouldnt call my car a retard, cz you only want to do this if your puting in a no2 kit.
