well i sent the MO out yesterday for the ECU and Catback so i should be getting that in a week or 2.....

i went and got my parts from the auto store here:

Nice. I wish mine was almost done...

That gasket paper should work fine. You only need it on the inlet of the turbo, the dp doesn't need a gasket.

hey will a basemap for 10 psi on 450cc dsm injectors be reliable on my dohc zc with around 45k miles.....?

that paper gasket is going to blow like a promdate after a few beers

invest in a real stainless gasket, they are cheap and wont blow out. for the DP, i just use Permatex high temp Ultra Copper, been working great so far

base wont really do s**t.

you need a tune before you start really boosting.

basemape is just that, a basemap, to get you started, usually no change in boost.

f**k that, basemap ftw!!! i've been runnig one for a year. no probs, ect for idle.
and the fact i just put my wb in yesterday and it turns out im in like the 16-17 range in vac. and dead nuts 12.2 in boost

Blowing your motor must be ok with you to be running a basemap without ever checking it out for over a year...

Thats way past stupid in my book.

well im gonna update my topic....i blew my motor (spun a bearing) so im about to rebuild this one within hopefully a week or 2....recieved rods and pistons from green 91 thanks bro:





also got a tune for my PM6 from a friend on TD16.com who tuned his Y7 running BRE....and a .57 trim t3/t4 turbo w/ on 450cc injectors and 13 lbs of boost.....he monitored his af ratios usin a wideband systen....he changed a lil bit to fit my turbo system:

i would invest in the HKS head gasket, the Bead one would be the one you want
HKS part # 2301-RH010, its not listed on there site, but they HAVE NOT been discontinued .
just a word of advice
