if you find a local shop, and have them put it on "rush" they can usually get it back to you the next day, but itll cost a whole lot more..

i found a place over here that quoted me $250 for 16valve heads, pnp. $200 bore .5mm over + $50/.25mm after, also another $100 to clean polish. if you like, you can send your stuff over here and i can get it done for you lololol.

i wont jack you ;)

no its not really price that matters... but tis just that ihave no time at all... i wouldn't have a car if the motor is out... i was trying to do everything within 3 days... pull it, rebuild it, put it all back in.... just a hassle... i have no room for downtime... i have work and stuff..... Toneekay where are u located? lol

might jsut sell the SRPs and just get vitaras....

if you ask them if they can rush you, (put you ahead of other people for money) then they can get it back within a day. it should only take you about 8hrs at most, putting everything back together and into the bay by yourself..

i stay in, dallas, TX

you plan to pull, machine, build, and install a motor in 3 days?

not going to happen, just the way it is

But, is your cylinders within range to use 75mm pistons? Without too much wall clearance? IMO, I would get the .50 over pistons and have the block bored and honed according to your application(ie..boosting, NA, just stock,...).

well i would say toss the whole idea in the trash.. you cant just buy s**t and pray that everything is just gunna work out... first of all, depending on how many miles are on your engine (probably alot), you will most definetly need to get the block honed because i garuntee that the bore will not be spotless.. you need to take a week or more off or rent a car or something. this is just a reciept for disaster.

why are you wantin to make you cylinder walls thinner? if your runnin boost you would want it as thick as possible. why not trade someone for some stock bore pistons?
