this morning i pulled into the street by my apt and this b***h was drving the wrong way. i thought about slightly hitting her since my front bumper is scraped but i thought that would have been mean.

Hey i was wondering if anyone has a d16 head for a 93 to 1997 civic del sol. if so please let me know if you would be welling to sell. i have bent valves on mine.

i have a y8 head in the garage but i dunno if it's in decent condition or not.. the engine it was one spun a bearing and threw a rod through the oilpan lol

I have a working Z6 head i could sell you. I have an entire Z6 in pieces. You need anything let me know. I can afford to let it go cheap.

As far as my car goes. I think im gonna take a smaller sized loan and get some stuff done. Like fix my bumper, new windshield, and maybe a swap.

hey buddies of mine....

how much would it cost to rebuild a d series. just regular oem rebuild. i am not sure what a rebuild consists of but ive heard it was like gaskets, seals, and other little s**t here and there. am i wrong? on avg...how much would this run me or someone.....can yall tell me a price paying to have it done and a price with someone doing it for a case of beer.

Actually i just get my car back from honda today, and they where wrong. The head was fine i didn't have any bent valves. The problem that they found was my timing was off by 6 teeth, i had a bad relay which was causing the car not to stay running when started. And my valve cover gasket was bad.

depends if you want a more mechanical feel to your shifting or not... hydro is definately easier on your left leg, but you do give up quite a bit of feeling from the pedal.

and b-series came with both, depending on the year.. i am, of course, including the b20a and b20b in the preludes, but they're the oddball b-series since most parts are NOT interchangeable with them. i do know the 92-93 gsr came with a cable tranny mated to a d17, as did some early 90s b18a-powered tegs. the rest are all hydro. check out this page for some good info on b-series trannies: http://www.ff-squad.com/tech/temp/Bgears.htm
