mine only gripe is the ebay turbo, I would just save and wait a little longer to get a better turbo and get rc 310's, if your building a stock d16y7 I dont think you will max out the 310's ...

440's will be perfect for what you are looking at doing. 310's are wayy to small.
id rather just get dsm 450's and save ome money if you are on a budget build, also for sparkplugs get bkr7e
they are 2 steps colder than stock, also regarding the wastegate get a tial one. you can find them used for 150-175 bucks. the turbonetics ones suck! they usually creep pretty bad. good choice on the manifold though. i am personally running a rcautoworks ramhorn ;)

They don't have to be RCs...you can go cheaper and do DSMs with a resistor box...

^^ did i not say that? lol and a dumptube is not really neccesairy til you actually start driving the thing. get a wastegate flange and 1 1.5" u bend and 1 straight one and weld it up.

what about ems? you need to reevaluate your build list. You are cheaping out in areas you shouldn't, yet spending more in areas not necessary

i ran a little dsm 14b turbo, a log manifold, dsm 450's and that was pretty much it.
