1987 RT-AWD WAGOVAN build!!

Black Parts: Cleaned, Prepped, Painted





I used adhesive promotor on all parts.

Then, depending on what part it was, it got one of three different types of paints.

Rubber items: SEM Bumper Paint

Plastic Items: Dupli-color Trim Paint (GREAT product, VERY impressed)

Metal Items: Valspar Satin Spray Paint (This crap SUCKS!! I should have bought Krylon )

Update:

The Official Dan Taylor Fog light story:

I contacted dude, and he wrote back: "I just want to sell them locally, and I've been getting a lot of interest, so I'm going to sell them tonight".

And so, yours truly wrote back: "Don't do that. I want to give you a little incentive to take a trip to the post office for me. Allow me to paypal you (ridiculously large undisclosed and embarressed to admit amount of money) and you just go ahead and ship those to me tomorrow, thanks".

I got a call back within 20 minutes.

Duh, duh, duh, duh, duh, dunnnnnn.......

I wIn mega-hot-never-will-find-new-in-the-box-honda-halogen-fogs game.

Next update:

Car is pretty much done exterior wise (other than those delicious little fog lights, which are currently in route to NC )

All the parts are now reassembled on the car, and I just got the red striping on today.

I just didn't have the camera!

I'll get pics up, hopefully, tomorrow. Life is CRAZY busy for me right now.

Teacher workdays have been insane. Sorry for the lack of pics.

Updates stink without pics, I know. I just wanted to post progress.

I hope you will all like the final result. I feel that it all came together great!
