JDM static reducer? wtf

so i was lookin around on cardomain other day and this kid had a "jdm static reducer" iv personally never heard of it , i thought it looked super fukin stupid on the back of his car, is this even a legit part or just some ebay bs to sell something by puttin "jdm" on the title

JDM zearth Static reducer. they attach to rear bumper beam and drag on ground to ground the static. looks cool on rear end of car and actaully has function. I used to get shocked getting out of my honda and now no shocking....

since when is ctr headlights from pwjdm, mugen window visers, a tag my cousin sent me from japan (where he is stationed) stock si wing, oem tails , mugen hood pins, vis oem carbon fiber hood,apr mirrors, and rota wheels with advan tires ebay bs? lot of talk from someone with no pictures of there own car

Am I required to have a pic in my sig like everyone else? No, because I don't have the desire to prove anything to anyone and I'm just calling things out as I see it. I could even start to rip you apart by saying Mugen never made visors for your car, thus proving how one could fall easily for mislabeled "JDM" eBay products... Then I would prob point out your unpainted eBay lip, grill, etc... but believe me all of this would be too easy.
