I have buddy club cams, 3 inch exhaust, b16 internals,ram horn manifold,garrett a/r .60 ,440c injectors,hondata s300,tial wastegate.The person I bought the hatch from said it made 258 n 190 tq on 5 psi and it was tuned by King MotorSports. He gave me the dyno graph and everything else. I was wondering if I can make more horse power by cranking up the psi to 10 or could I go more. Also what kind of boost controller would be good?

Uhh. I'd go 7-8 psi at the most. I suggest you to reinforce your internals otherwise. Like you mentioned, I'd purchase a manual boost controller, so you don't have to rely on your wastegate to regulate your boost.

those rods are only good to 220-250whp, sleeves good to 400whp. injectors def. need to be upgraded, you are probably pushing their limits already. you really need to invest in forged rods to go any higher safely.
and it is ALL in the tune, tune decides between a year of fun and a month of fun.
which BC cams do you have?
White smoke is water (antifreeze) usually with a bad headgasket.. But it should smoke all th time .
If it ONLY smokes when u let off, then it's a goood chance that it's valve-seals. they smoke on decell!(when u let off )
thts just bling.
eagle rods.....stock head...but should clean it up....not sure on pistons....maybe wiseco, je srp, or arias....look up forged aluminum pistons.....then if i was you ....i would bore it a little so the cylinder walls are perfect....when i bought my std sized je srp pistons, i had to go thru 3 different ZC blocks to find the right one...
wait so you dont have bc cams...you just have bc cam gears?
