20-24?

get a better manifold.... and youll see more HP with that 20-24

sleeve it and you can go higher.

i may be wrong... but like green said... it all depends on the tune and the tuner...

stock sleeves are good to that much if you have a great! (not good) GREAT tune. witch will cost probably a good bit.

and i wouldn't waste the money on the tune with that manifold and small turbo.
get a real log manifold(not cast) or better and a better turbo.

and just cause you have 300whp dosent meant you can daily drive it with 300whp

think about everything that the engine comes in contact with.
tranny, axles, wheel studs, wheels and tires.

all that will/might need upgraded.

and if your shooting for more HP, most places dont tune OBD0, so upgrade to stand alone or a better rom editor(crome,ECTune, neptune, or something like that)

yea i plan on getting a bigger turbo b4 i get a dyno tune.....called up a place that dyno tunes....told me it would cost 450 bucks for a full dyno tune.....

ive seen a lot of ppl with DD's that have 300whp....look on turbod16.com :thumbs up

and they havent upgraded tranny, axels, or wheel studs.....now i agree ill need better tires but everything else should be fine til i shoot for 400-500whp

yeah, but do you want to be be doing a burn out and have them break and f**k more s**t up.
dosnt take much to blow a diff in a tranny.

just because someone else did it, dosent mean its safe.

ask this question to your self.
Do i want a reliable car?

reliable= usually not very cheap
not reliable, and ready to break at any moment= done cheaply, and being prepared to spend more money then what it would have cost to do it right the first time.

I call BS, show some proof.

:bs:

Without any proof, we all would be driving 800 hp 4-bangers as daily drivers.

My tuner had a 409 hp civic on stock axels. Raced it at the drag strip and on the street mutiple times. Dont know that he ever broke any. Maybe just luck of the draw? Where as you just want 300 ish.. i think you will be Fine. But i would invest in some sort of LSD cuz you will have less of a chance of breaking an axel.

detonation limits horsepower not the oct level of fuel.

leave the stock axles alone. as long as you preload you wont have a problem.
