I found two old ones I haven't seen in forever for my sig's. I think I'mma change it later on tonight.
I'm effin pooped from work today! I got this irate guest on the phone at 3:30pm totally POed because her son's drum set from the Guitar Hero World Tour bundle was defective and she wanted to exchange it for another one. But because it's from an outside vendor we're unable to handle defective items in store. When I tried to explain to her that she had to go through the manufacture, she went absolutely bonkers on me.
I was called every name under the sun by this woman.
Once I put my manager on the phone with her, he told her the same thing I said. She went off on him as well.
Today was NOT this ladies day. I felt bad for her because usually the manufacture puts a circular warning sticker on the boxes letting the customers know to call or go online if they have an issue with the product. We have them for all of our Rockband 1 & 2 models, but nothing for our GHWT bundles. Usually my team knows to warn the customers purchasing one that they can't return it in store, even if it was for an exchange (defective wise). Oh well...
