I've been hittin the weights like a beast and it shows in my arms/chest but I have a sweet tooth and can't control my diet.

Any tips?
change up your diet. eat breakfast if you don't already...big breakfast, moderate lunch and light ginner. as far as sweet tooth. TONS OF FRUITS!!!

everytime you want something sweet grab an orange or something.

and as far as the rest of the diet goes, go with a lot of protein rich food. also meat thats more lean. lots of grilled/bbq chicken and fish. and if you ever want hamburgers or other ground beef type stuff at home switch it up and go with ground turkey. it tastes the same and its a lot leaner.

AND STOP EATING FAST FOOD and STOP DRINKING SODA!!! (or at least limit them to once in a great while)

Also remember that if you eat more than your alloted serving of protien, it also turns to sugar/fat/weight etc.

For all you rice eaters.... 1 serving of rice = 1/2 cup cooked!

I been playing basketball twice a week and trying to run twice a week as well

I want to get the bow flex though so i dont have to go to some gym

as for the diet thing, I've been using "Lose It" on my iPhone recently, Felicia has to continously help me with it because I'm just now learning about all the calories n s**t like that so - i use that, it's okay to eat sweets just not in moderation.

due dilligence and just go to the store, pick up you favorite fruits/vegges...

we pick up bananas, strawberries, kiwis, apples

pretty hard for me to change up my habits though but i'm doing it!!! I'm tryna lose that buddah belly LOL

as for dieting, not sure if anyone else on here drinks heavily, but i graduated college over the weekend and my goal is to start by no more AT ALL on weekdays, and unless im camping or its a special occasion (and by occasion i dont mean keystone being on sale) none on weekends either

yeah thats another thing that drove my buddah belly to be present - drinking!! I've been cutting back that but I don't think I was like you Melt LOL - weekdays?!?! hahaha crazy ass well just party animal.

Im trying to take supplements too, to help improve metabolism - got this s**t from VPN called "Meltdown"

The big thing for me is beer. I've already cut way back but still sneak a little in at the end of the night, the worst possible time to take in carbs. As for protein, I try to take in a bunch but usually fall short of the recommended 1gram per pound you weigh. I read that in Men's Health. Also that is for trying to pack on the muscle.

From now on I'm gonna grab an orange instead of a Butterfinger.

For those that haven't met me I'm approx 6' and 194lbs.

iono man, doesn't seem to be doing jack for me, when i first started taking it, I could feel it, like I felt different after taking it, now not so much, but overall, even with exercise + attempting to 'eat right'… it's not like I lost 20lbs or nothing

I found that lipozene @ wal-mart, when i'm done with the melt down i'ma try that s**t next

so overall, I'm not to keen on this Meltdown…*but it could also be that it's helping and I don't realize it since I just recently started doing exercising and s**t again.

just got back from Modacar with some new omni power upper control arms.

i can finally get an alignment now lol :woot:
