I've been hittin the gym for the last couple weeks. Anybody else?
I've been hittin the weights like a beast and it shows in my arms/chest but I have a sweet tooth and can't control my diet.
Any tips?
I been playing basketball twice a week and trying to run twice a week as well
I want to get the bow flex though so i dont have to go to some gym
as for the diet thing, I've been using "Lose It" on my iPhone recently, Felicia has to continously help me with it because I'm just now learning about all the calories n s**t like that so - i use that, it's okay to eat sweets just not in moderation.
due dilligence and just go to the store, pick up you favorite fruits/vegges...
we pick up bananas, strawberries, kiwis, apples
pretty hard for me to change up my habits though but i'm doing it!!! I'm tryna lose that buddah belly LOL
