I finally popped in the gt5 prologue disc last night. The menu system is retarded and all the saving and loading drove me nuts. I mean its OK, but I'm pretty sure forza has surpassed its greatness. So I'll just stick with Forza from now on.

Just wait for the release next year, Gt5 will be the best racing game out there. Yeah gt5 prologue was only meant to give you a small taste of the actual game, although the wait was longer than expected.

eh, i don't care for damage, im a good driver.. alot of Forza fans like that. you can also customize your cars in gt, but not as much as in forza. Other then those to factors, imo Forza gots NOTHING on Gt

Forza 2 shouldn't be compared to gtp. its gt4 that is should be compared to.

now Forza3 vs GT5 .. its going to be a f**k show down.

it would be the s**t if gt5 came withe jgtc and fia. I know they took over nascar and wrc already.

Yeah there's a lot of customization on Forza, I remember swapping a k20 in my civic eg back in the day lol. But GT5 will be far more greather than forza3, gt will have a bigger selection of cars and more tracks to choose from.

sure, swaping motors can be a cool thing. how are the physics and characteristics of the car afterwards? i dont know, but my guess would be not realistic at all. so, what's the purpose of that? i don't know either, but my guess is to make people happy, or have a feature that its competitor doesn't. that will not win me over. Graphics and realism will. thats why i love gt.

Well technically i don't think its a good game, graphics on the forza2 sucked ass, of course they'll improve but i don't see much upgrade between their 2nd and 3rd series.

I agree that if the prologue is any indication of what gt5 will be like, then goodbye Gran Turismo series..... I've had more fun getting teeth pulled at the dentist than I did playing this game.... but in all fairness, the forza 3 will be on dvd's, gt5 will be on a bluray with MUCH higher capacity. So there being more discs does not mean it will have more content.

GT5 won't be anything like the prologue, think of all the tracks and cars that they have left out from the gt4 game, all those tracks and new cars will be included in the new game. Forza3 will have roughly 400 cars compared to 1000s of cars for gt5. Forza FTL

1st. No s**t Sherlock, you figure that out for yourself?
forget the fact that it's mentioned atleast 5 times someone brings up the game, it's kinda in the name.... "prologue" as in a "prologue" to gt5

2nd, it's more than it's content. it's the shitty layout, shitty controls, and none-to-spectacular graphics.
That's what happens when they take 5+ years to make a game. You get a game based off of programming techniques from 5 years ago with a bunch of newer patches trying to bring it up to date.. and the f**ker still hasnt hit the shelves yet.

GT5 and FFXIII are going to be disappointing. They always are when it takes this long.
