Since you cant research yourself and this topic has been covered hundreds of times.. I will Spoon Feed you some info which will get you close to the answer you want.

Put in your specs in the appropriate fields and get a very good estimate on what power your set up should make etc
If you go to the top and go to B series, D series etc you can figure out your compression ratio etc
and If you go to transmission calculator then you can compare transmissions and its real freaking cool
I tested this against my cars numbers and they were pretty dang close

not enough to make yourself look smart
stock b series can handle around 300whp...
so i would shoot for around 280whp...

well i was just looking for some safe numbers to shoot for i know my way around a motor and was just seeing what can be put out before i do the rebuild after a while thanks for those of you who gave helpful advice and to those who did't i think its reallly cool when ppl have no life and have to resort to making fun of ppl on a forum to make themselvs look good.
honestly, its really on your setup. smaller turbo = less hp.
example:
TD05H w/GSR motor 10psi = 260whp
t3/t4 50ar w/GSR motor 10psi = 290-300whp
If you are only running a td05 on a GSR, you will get bored with it in weeks.
