She didn't want to pay for the wheels until they were shipped. He didn't want to send the wheels til he was paid. He found out from the FedEx worker that you can make a ghost tracking number that says its in transit when it's not. All you gotta do is call em and they'll send em out. He does that, he ends up saying f**k it and sends them out, without getting paid. She keeps coming up with excuses.... She lost power. Once power came back on, boyfriend or husband went to jail. Once that happened, he bailed himself out but she said she'd still pay. She never did. Avoided his calls and messages.

I was confused by the whole ghost tracking thing, but never knew you can stop a shipment in transit... So they send out a fake tracing number when the item was on hold in their possession, before they ship the item out? I understand they do the ship before pay thing sometimes on paypal but it's pretty unheard of when it comes to buying parts from a forum. Never, never ship an item before it's paid, that's just crazy to me.

He keeps the rims, he managed to stop the shipment before they were actually sent out. BTW I'm pretty sure it's a GUY. None of HIS posts even point towards being a girl, unless she's a lady gaga type where nobody actually knows what gender that thing is.

For the shipping, I am assuming. You still have to pay for the shipping. That or it was payment for the stop shipment.
Op: I am with the rest. No shipment until you get the money. I don't care how desperate you get. That is just insane. On your end, you get extremely screwed, where as on her end if she sends payment and you don't ship she can dispute. If it is the other way, where do you go for the dispute? You can't tell paypal, "well, she was supposed to send the payment but didn't." They would just laugh in your face. Paypal protects the buyer in this case not the seller. That is why you NEVER ship ANYTHING until you have payment.

first off i told him to cancel shipment earlier today around 9am...second i did not avoid his phone i left my phone at home...i was afraid of getting scammed myself that is why i wanted a tracking # first...i was going to pay for the s**t but like he said some s**t went down and now i cannot afford too...and apparently he planned on shipping me empty boxes so who is to say he didnt plan on scamming me...this thread is completely pointless because i told him i couldnt get them and to cancel shippment not once but twice...i looked and my phone when i finally got to it and there was a f**k ton of messeges saying that he was canceling the shipment but by that time is was to late for me to contact him since he works the graveyard shift so if he didnt or doesnt cancel shippment im not signing for the package and they will be shipped back...so i would greatly appericate not being called a scammer because im not...so think what you want to think i could give a f**k less
