I watched the video, and quit about a minute in, all I heard was "b***h b***h, whine whine". Monster has their name trademarked, he used "Vermontster" which still has the Monster sound to it.
There are 8 or 9 elements for infringement, some are similarity of the marks, evidence of actual confusion, and likelihood of expansion. The confusion does not have to be from the consumers either.
Monster had the upper hand in this case, they withdrew from the fact that the infringement was not causing much loss of money if any.
