cool cool, i would contact an agent and see what he can find, you can get a decent house for like 40-50k or even more, and if its your first home you should qualify for the 8grand cash. thats what im doing. the 8k will pay off my car so i dont have to worry about that anymore. then ill be all good.

next time we get an 8thgen meet going on ill post here and get a big bama civic meet. the last one was kinda spur the moment so i didnt really worry about it, but we had 9 8th gen civics (and it was in the huntsville area)

So im buying a GSR long block after xmas and I need a tranny , 5 speed, plus everything to convert my auto to manual. If you guys know anyone who has the tranny or parts let me know.

ok well then if that's the case....you're going to have to find the shift linkage, clutch pedal assy, brake/clutch cylinder (if you go with a hydraulic tranny)...if you go with a cable trans just have to get the cable and get the right clutch pedal assy...it's all about what your budget is but the auto is definitely easier but the manual isn't hard just a little extra work considering your car is an automatic

If you know you can help, alot of help, me than I will get the parts that I need.
