cool cool, i would contact an agent and see what he can find, you can get a decent house for like 40-50k or even more, and if its your first home you should qualify for the 8grand cash. thats what im doing. the 8k will pay off my car so i dont have to worry about that anymore. then ill be all good.nice me and anna are looking for a house/appartment also
yeah thats what my bro did too, if he woulda waited like 1.5 months he woulda gotten the 8k^ that's what i did last year....but i got the damn 7500 that i have to pay back over 15 years....thanks Bush and thanks Obama for not grandfathering people in!!!
hmmmmmm...sounds like montgomery is the perfect spot<~~~~ Dothan, Alabama....Yeah we need a meet some where...near the middle of the state, near a 1/4 mile track...
If you know you can help, alot of help, me than I will get the parts that I need.ok well then if that's the case....you're going to have to find the shift linkage, clutch pedal assy, brake/clutch cylinder (if you go with a hydraulic tranny)...if you go with a cable trans just have to get the cable and get the right clutch pedal assy...it's all about what your budget is but the auto is definitely easier but the manual isn't hard just a little extra work considering your car is an automatic
