the thing is you seem to be able to speak your mind, but yet you hit me up for going off on someone who put peoples life in danger by posting a video of him streetracing. (which should be against the TOS) and i got a infraction for 'Intentionally Diverting A Thread Off The Specific Topic' because i told someone that because of the question they asked, they shouldnt try to do it themself.

seems like you pick and choose which things you feel are against the rules instead of the things that actually are.

Last I checked, it was upto the mods discretion on what a rule says and means.

Theres a difference between Biz posting his opinion in a thread like this one, than it is for you to go into a random thread and bash a member.

I think Biz has to be one of the most down to earth mods on this site. He's strict about rules, and the one he's most strict on is bashing members. If you don't like how Biz is doing his job, there are countless other forums on the web to become a member of.

I've had me fair share of infractions and warnings, my last one was over 7 months ago. Most of these from Matt, I've had one infraction from Biz and that was because I completely went off on a guy and took the thread into a different direction. Did I get mad? No, I realized I deserved it.

I have to disagree with you on that one.. Ive been here for over 2 years and I can honestly say Biz does his job the way he is supposed to, and that way is following the rules.. Ive had an infraction from him, because I deserved it... I rarely see someone get banned/infraction for a ridiculous reason..

Maybe you didnt think you deserved it but did you really have to say anything to that kid? Just leave the thread and say nothing.. if you did that you wouldn't have gotten an infraction.....

You said you went into a thread with a video of a kid street racing, you bashed him because it was stupid. You got an infraction for it because you insulted a member. It's that simple.

I used to bash people for posting videos of street racing, but then I realized, look at 90% of the videos posted in the Video section, it's videos of street racing.

You broke Rule #9 of this forum:

it's not that I pick and choose, it's what I see. I can't see everyone that breaks rules but I do my best to try and stay on top of things. If I notice ANYONE breaking the rules, I will address it no matter who you are. You are not special traction, that goes for you too.


It's common sense if you ask me tho.... if someone creates a street racing thread and you're against street racing, don't go on the thread an post. it's not only common sense but in the site rules as well....

so why go onto a thread with a topic that you are against? The only reason someone like you would go on would be to give your opinon AGAINST the topic. therefore making the thread go off the topic and in some cases even causing other members to chime in with their opinons AGAINST the topic after they see your post.

but this is EXACTLY why the site is the way it is with lame rules and sometimes staff enforcing them in a strict manner. Some members just can't hande being called dumb EVEN when it not really directed towards them but directed towards all members in general.
