Please post the actual codes.

Okay, given that fuel squirts, then the fuel pump does prime. You have a specific spark problem, so you can set the ignition switch idea aside.

The next step is to test the coil, even though it is new:

If the coil and the ICM are good and the distributor gets battery voltage, then the lack of spark could have four possible causes:

1) You have reconnected some wires inside the distributor incorrectly.
2) Bad distributor sensor (that's why the CEL codes may be important)
3) Bad Yel/Grn wire running between the ICM and ECU.
4) Bad ECU.

i had to unplug my battery at a certain point as it reseted the codes but im positive they were:

P0138 63 Secondary HO2S Circuit High Voltage (Sensor 2)

cant seem to find the o2 sensor malfunction code but im positive thats what it said

yes the fuel pump does prime

well. reading your #3, i do have a kill switch running from those wires, or maybe it could be a bad ecu
for #1 i reconnected them exactly the way i took them off, #2 ive never had that code for distributor.

kinda a stupid question but could the timing belt be off?

Very good. You can just ignore the O2 sensor code until the spark problem is solved.

yeap, cranks, fuels squirts, but no sparks
okay, very nice.. put the key in the ignition, turn the key as if you were going to turn the car on.

as you turn from II to III giggle the key in a circular pattern. please try this and give it a few tries.

If you have spliced into the Yel/Grn wire, that's a good place to start.

This is a smart not stupid question. If the timing belt snapped, you would have no spark. To test, look into the oil fill hole with a flashlight while a buddy cranks the engine. You should see the rocker arms move. If you don't, the timing belt snapped.

could one also just remove the tbelt cover to inspect it?

Hecz, let go of the idea of a bad ignition switch. It just doesn't fit.

OKAY!!!! my car started i took the terminals from the switch connected them straight to eachother and it turned on, well im guessing my switch went bad since it only costed me like $3, anywho that doesnt really explain my car bogging out on me before i installed the kill switch

Sometimes kill switches cause more problems than they prevent.
