shittin me. if u feel like replacing tires about once a month you can rub. or spend the money to have tires with reinforced sidewalls.

but this is coming from the state that has people stretch the hell outta tires to get em flush with the sides. so i guess a lot of ppl out in socal dont care about rubbing. some build for looks, some for speed. never gonna appeal to everybody.
damn straight ! comin from a state who pioneered this whole movement with more to come..... theres been people out here who tucked 18's with little or no rub.... if a little rub sound off of some punkass 17's makes yor nutts go back in yor body, then maybe its time to up yor automotive know how or just get some good ol 16's .... there are daily drivers out here tuckin 17-18 and even 19's !!!! 18 and19's ? i dont know why but they do, and alot of the homies rollin 17's DO NOT have a problem with there rider rubbin..... step yor s**t up...

i'm just sayin if ur gonna do s**t, do it right. i know you can get 17's with no rub. s**t i'm doin that right now. throw some 18's on there and let em rub if u like the look of it. or roll the fenders n tuck em in. you can do crazy s**t if you got the balls and the know how. i just dont advise lettin em rub cuz they CAN f**k your ride up. dont mean they will, but there's the chance.

n dont get me wrong the flush is nice, i jus wuldnt do it unless i'm makin the car for looks.

Mine are 215/45/r17 and with my stock wheels they rub with two others ridin. I've replaced all bushings except front strut, and rear toe arm with polyurethane and it still rubs and bonces, not as bad as megan coils. I don't think it should affect it but I have itr sway bars with asr brace and prothane mounts. My springs are eibach sportlines with pro shocks. Is it possible I did something wrong somewhere or is it typical for this setup to rub the inside of the fender well.

Other suspension mods
Skunk2 rear camber
Function7 lcas

Well I found why my car was bouncing so much, the fat ass tires I had on th rear were flexing195/70/r14. So I decided to flare and roll the fenders. I used a lot of washers and longer bolts to gain a inch and a mallet and ball pin hammer for another inch. And it looks wicked. Though the rear I'm having dificulty flareing as there's no mounting blolts for me to washer. Any ideas. Also has anyone trimmed their fenders. I read up on this with jeeps but couldn't find any thing on hondas.

I was thinking of getting the ksport toe arms and skunk front camber. Should I get those then get an alignment or have it aligned now and get another alignment later after the install, couse replacing the trailing arm bushings screwed my rear toe up.

Here's an update
Car still bounces like a quality hooker. I fitted the wheels on though there is a mager rub issue on hard cornering, it rubs (more slices on the frame just above the tire. I bent it back but it still hits. I love how it coners withe the new wheels, how can I stop it from bottoming out, for short term use, I didn't want to change to coilovers yet but looks like the most effective way to achieve my goal.

both of my 4drs roll on 205-40-17s with out much rubbing. mine sits a little lower than my girls but the only time it rubs is when i do u-turns and my tires are tucked under my fenders. but my fenders are also rolled. rolling fenders is the way to go.... like they say: go low or go home.haha

well these were only bought cause I got a great deal. but yeah when I get home next Im putting new tires on em and starting the body work. but I recently rolled the fenders and spaced them using washers. rubs only on massive bumps when its just me and all when my tools or fat family is in the car. id post pics of the fenders but dont know how

i have Apex 18" on Low Profiles that bearly fit my 93 Ex so i bought Tokico Blue Shocks there adjustable so you can make it higher if it rubs. low profile tires vs new shocks probly will be the same $200-300 so Either get rubberbands to wrap around the rims or if your shocks dont adjust higher and lower i'd say go for shocks that can... its nice to have when it floods (=])
