thanks brian. wish i coulda hung out with u guys over the weekend. maybe next time, eh? i am gonna raise the bugeye by an inch or so, it's a little too low and messing with the suspension geometry. i love how it looks low, but my turning radius is compromised and i got a bit worried last night when taking this one curve at 100+, it felt like one of my wheels was starting to lift. i'm sitting at 12.25" front and 12.5" rear (center-of-hub to fender) right now (so maybe 23" or 24" fender to ground). my headlight output is crap at this ride height too. i'm gonna have to re-aim them after i raise the car....

still working on tuning the dampers a bit for a better ride. full hard is so stiff it almost made me lose my lunch on the drive home. i got my short shifter in last night, but no bushings yet. i still need to get them off the broken car... the throws are right where i like em, but damn is it sloppy without the bushings. a good deal of side-to-side play... $80 in bushings, here i come

think my Uncle won, and my dad n I were very close, we all had a great time fired off like 300 rounds.

our trip was a blast, Transformers 3 is being filmed in Chicago, Id never seen a film set before it was wild. We'll be back down to chicago soon, its a fantastic city.
