Edit: Okay I did the math. The article states that 90% of Southern Sudan's population lives on less than half a dollar a day. With $10 billion, they could give EVERY person in Southern Sudan $1 a day for 3 years. That means more than doubling 90% of their citizens' income for three years, but instead they would rather shape their states like animals.....Wow I actually am NOT jealous of another nations government this time.....
