yeah there like an abs plastic i think. look on craigslist, they sell bumper covers all day for 99-00's. Definitely should do it, but i doubt youll find one paint matched for your car.

Blue book is $45-5500. And there was nothing wrong with it when I bought it. It just has a couple of dents and the front bumper...err uh and the wing. I almost forgot about that hideous thing!
