^^Yea, I was actually doing research on the topic when I first heard about it. I guess there's this group of people who are writing to Four Loko with a suggestion.
-Sell two products. One called Four (an energy drink) and one called Loko (an alcoholic beverage) that can be mixed with one another to create the same sort of drink. Mixers aren't illegal.
It COULD work.... but I don't think it'd get the same response out of people. I think Four Loko lovers love it because not only do they get that "awake" effect, but they get it instantly without having to do any work for it. Having to mix it - I don't know if they'd go for it quite the same.

But I don't see how they can ban them if the company makes a disclaimer to drink responsibly n s**t...
Alcohol in general isn't safe i don't see why they can ban this and not all alcoholic beverages. I mean is 1 4 loko going to injure someone? Probably not. It's just the kids who overconsume, which happens with all alcohol.

i already thought of that it can be incorporated into the exsisting product can. my idea is to ad a plastic revolving cap to the top of the can that can be manually turned to drop the caffeine powder into the drink maybe even different flavoring on left or right sides kids love that kind of thing kinda like those cigarettes that with the press of the filter turn to menthol flavor .. i tried a four loko about 3 months ago it looked cool and it had a ton of alcohol in it it was the nastiest thing i have ever tasted and i like straight warm whisky

I think the ban is smart but not fool proof cause people can just buy some henny and a six pack of redbull and mix their own drinks its f**kin stupid. Plus for the people who like to drink brandy with coffee its the same s**t...
