the T-REX in my picture is far more distracting than the boobs and penis. Seriously if they dont want kids to see it they should listen to the microphones at them yelling and ban them since they are not of age.

Because it's Treyarch.

Because it's also against the Terms of Use, you know, the thing you agreed to, to play online. If they willingly allowed adult content (penises, tits, ect.) to be used and showed, it could be used against them to make the game Adult rated.

There is also a disclaimer about online play. Not saying you are wrong, and I think I may change my tag now, but just saying that both Microsoft and Treyarch could easily deny any liability as THEY did not present the penises and boobs into the game, they were created with various other shapes.....and their is a disclaimer for online play.

I agree with yu. How ever I don't see why it I a big deal. Yu can kill people for hour on end, toucher people in the story line, yu kill civilians in the game b4 it. But some 1 making an emblem is where we draw the line? Can America stoop lower?

The only other civilization to hold the hand of the heart during our anthom was Rome. I hope that isn't a sign for where our country is headed.

Either way...can we post emblems? Like this was intended for? Lol

It says Online Interactions Not Rated by ESRB but the ESRB could still give them a rating for it if they get enough complaints, and once it gets an Adult rating, 90% of the stores will stop carrying the game. Not to mention it's against the games TOS.

It has to do with over-protective parents and sue-happy lawyers. The same type of parents who complain because TV is violent, or someone said a bad word Then you have lawyers who take their cases. Game publishers, game developers and the stores that carry the games then have to protect themselves from these type of people.

I personally, don't see why people make emblems like them. It's pretty stupid, and immature, but I'm not going to limit someones free speech over it.

And that is EXACTLY what my problem is with this. I absolutely NEVER signed any contract with Treyarch limiting my manners of conduct when I purchased the game, therefore I dont see how they can get away with this.
