It is a lot of money but when you actually think about it its worth it. The shakes are meal replacements so there is less money spent on groceries. Then you add in the fact that I have high blood pressure so the amount of doctors visits and the meds. Then possibly going on another med here in January when I go back. Plus if I get this all under control it greatly reduces the chance of a heart attack so there is a hospital bill to pay too. After all said and done, well worth the $200 IMO.

You should look into the thread in the VIP section "My quest to being the sexiest Laotian guy," we have a few members in there with the same goals as you.

It's really more of an inspiration and motivation thread and throughout it all, there's many GREAT tips and advice by other members and myself. Feel free to look around and introduce yourself to the thread if you're interested!
