You should look into the thread in the VIP section "My quest to being the sexiest Laotian guy," we have a few members in there with the same goals as you.

It's really more of an inspiration and motivation thread and throughout it all, there's many GREAT tips and advice by other members and myself. Feel free to look around and introduce yourself to the thread if you're interested! =)
I subscribed to that thread around the time that it popped up. I will have to actually go through it and catch up.

My new years resolution this year is try to make it out to STL and hopefully meet Kelly... And then attempt to get in her panties (probably won't be as hard as most would think, not saying that she's easy and all, but I got that l33t game).
not when you hide on FB or whatever you do.

Sounds good to me
you deleted me on fb too!! and stopped texting.

It is a lot of money but when you actually think about it its worth it. The shakes are meal replacements so there is less money spent on groceries. Then you add in the fact that I have high blood pressure so the amount of doctors visits and the meds. Then possibly going on another med here in January when I go back. Plus if I get this all under control it greatly reduces the chance of a heart attack so there is a hospital bill to pay too. After all said and done, well worth the $200 IMO.
Diet is key. I used to count my calories and eat 7 meals a day. It totally works though. You just gotta be 100% committed, and don't be lazy. Make a schedule for workouts and meals and stick with it!

I have another one, it kinda ties in with the saving money thing and not buying things on a whim. To pack lunches for work instead of buying them.

If you don't mind a little advice on quitting smoking...I quit smoking 6 years ago. How you ask? I quit cold turkey, but the key to my success was I found another vice to take it's place. In my case it was going to the gym. Every time I craved a cigarette I would go to the gym and workout. The First month is the hardest and then it gets a little easier as time goes on. I wish you the best of luck.
