Eating cooked eel... It's actually really good (the way my mom cooked it). It's so soft. I guess most people have it raw for sushi and don't know about having it cooked? well it's delicious.

I HATE cooked eel. OMG I had it sushi style, warm/cooked at a place and I seriously almost vomited at the table. I won't spit something out, but it took all my effort to not lose it. I prefer it raw and cold.

I'm still at work...1hour 12mins before I leave... ugh

You would probably like it the way my mom does it. She just doesn't cook it plain. She puts spices and s**t on it, makes it spicy, sliced up squash (I think), etc. It's REALLY good. You taste the spices more than the fish itself.

Worked, tried to buy books but didn't have time to wait, went to class, realized I have s**t ton of work to do in Grad School...

No I promise I wouldn't. It's the texture of it that drives me to wanting to puke. It's too soft. Has to be cold, firm, and chewy.

I ended tonight w/ tanning after work, then driving around for about 1.5hours around all the inner city loops(freeways), crying and listening to a particular artist. Hate this time of year..
