Nelson D he pulled me over on my birthday and gave me a 123 dollar ticket for going 70 in a 55. Even though I was going 63 at tops down hill in the lane furthest from him. Then he said he lasered me through the car that was set at an angle where he couldnt even see me. Then proceeded told me it was me and then i told him thanks for the s***ty present and flipped him off for not going for the ford that was going 70+ next to me, but nope just went for the boy in a honda.

sorry to hear the bad news man and it does suck to get a ticket on your birthday, but this kind of thing comes with owning a honda. especially being that your 17. and if you were going 63 like you said he should not have given you a 70 over but you were still speeding...

maybe take it to court and try to have the fine lowered a bit for a 5-10 over instead of a 15 over?

He might of just picked u because he's a lazy cop and ddnt feel like chasing the ford and being tht its a honda he most likey thought there was a chance of a simple speeding ticket turning into a big bust of some sort..i get pulled over just because my car is white and have drk tints..i get padded down questioned etc..cops

Then don't speed. Driving downhill is not an excuse. It being your birthday is not an excuse. The person driving next to you speeding is not an excuse. Having a low paying job is not an excuse. There are laws for a reason. Don't break them and you should be just fine.

We have rules on this site as well. If the rules are not broken, we will not issue an infraction. It's pretty simple.
