You are such a creeper...

:rolf: it sounds worse than it really is. Can't a brudda joke around? I just don't get why she wants to lose weight. She's already skinny and looks good. You girls and your wanting-to-lose-weight complexes......

Glad you said it and not me...

I guess I need to add to my resolution. I need to STOP getting involved with young guys. 3 guys in their early 20s; all waste of time. Back to older, more mature, accomplished men for me.

?

My friend is working out to compete in that. She's doing some sort of "Insanity" work out. It's something different every day. She doesn't want to be jacked but she wants to be fit and really toned. I can't wait to see that because she's good lookin and I had a thing for her for a long time :yummy:.
Is it called Insanity? I have a workout routine from the company that did P90x called Insanity and that is what I plan on doing once I do the Couch to 5k routine.

I never make any real resolutions or take them seriously but maybe I will this time around..

Most importantly, to do well and succeed with the first year of my business.
To continue sticking to P90X.
And to go to the 2012 SCCA Solo and Pro Solo Nationals and come home with a trophy.

I'm finally gonna do the Chicago Marathon this year. Other than that, I'd like to buy a house and hopefully take a few more graduate classes.

A couple of years now. I'm not very consistent or strict about it though. Which is why it's one of my resolutions. I don't do it to get buff or to keep myself on track for some sort of athletic sport. It's just to keep myself healthy and flexible. I have a bad back which surprisingly the P90X program doesn't really affect negatively. I do think a program like insanity would though so I'm happy with sticking to this one. Results are great and can't ask for more. It's girlfriend approved so it's good enough for me haha.

I know a lot of people that have done it and they look/feel great. They too say it's spouse approved.

I don't do new years resolutions. If you need to make a change, you should have a better reason than the date to make it happen. It's probably the number one reason most new years resolutions don't even last until February.

Nope. Weight loss product not on the market until mid January. Getting a Boflex for free from my brother who has no place to store it anymore tho.
If you were closer I have a gym grade cable machine I'm thinking about getting rid of you could have.

My new years resolution(s):

Finish my basement (build thread to come):
- All flooring
- All gym equipment (elliptical, treadmill, bench, weight rack, etc...)
- TV install
- Design and implement a Murphy sectional.. you heard it first people, I'm building a sectional couch that folds into the wall, yes smaller and lighter, but functional in a 3/4 finished basement that doubles as our gym.

Get to 200lbs. with < 10% body fat. (Currently 185lb at around 10% but with gains come deposits, I'm 6'1" so it would be a good weight.)

And finally the most difficult one: Consolidate my student loans.

Thanks man. I have a free gym at work that is pretty badass that I have 24.7 access to. Just liked the idea of having it home. He finally cleaned up some space at my parents to set it up so oh well. Guess I will have to continue on my current plans of running to build up to a 5k then start my Insanity workout. Brother also got a me a camel pack for xmas so I can start riding with him as well once the weather warms up.

Never made a resolution before, but i guess it would be to start saving money to get another place to stay. Plan is already in place for this setting up seperate savings account with the gf tommrw to put money in it only for that reason. Tax returns will help with this one and my other one to do something to the car dont even care what it is lol. Just seems like forever since its seen mod or new parts.
