They do not come with the cut outs that's a Sedan bumper not the coupe or hatch. For the coupe and hatch you have to cut out holes for the OEM fogs. It's pretty simple using a dremel tool.

Anyway they do not look ghetto at all.

for the sedan bumper i bought and installed these on one of my cousin's old car..fitment was good and looked better than the oem ones..i tried looking for a picture of his car with it on but couldn't mind one..use your imagination

It's not a hard install, if it's any sort of kit, it should be self explanatory, plug n play, and any monkey can figure it out.
If not, you could search around, or maybe it even comes with.......................................INSTRUCTIONS.

well normally the ones that say "OEM" aer just doing it to cover there ass legally, plus sense they arent actual honda parts (just OE replicas) they have to do that as a sort of disclaimer, if you want to consider it as such.
