Any workouts in particular? And what kind of food did you really stick with?
Workout depends on the day really. Monday and Tuesday I typically have to keep it around 30-45 minutes sue to class in the evening. Mostly cardio by running and sometimes stationary sit-down bike or elliptical. Occasionally lifting using the machines. I need to start doing more strength training though. Warmed up on the rowing machine today for 2 minutes. I have started doing pushups, squats, and jumping jacks every other morning at 5am when I wake up.
As for food, breakfast is usually egg beaters with cheese, spices, and ketchup, cup of milk, and some fruit or oatmeal with fruit and rarely I have all 4. Morning snack is a handful of peanuts. Lunch is a weight loss shake called MonaVie Reveal. Afternoon snack is a protein bar before my workout. Dinner is either chicken, lean burgers, or fish with veggies and sometimes rice. Depends on if I ate much the rest of the day and have calories left. Nothing after dinner and I try and be done by 6:30. If you want more info let me know.
