I haven't been single in almost 4 years so I'm sure I have no game. I used to go for girls way out of my league. Wound up with one actually lol, so rejection was just an "oh well, on to the next one" kind of thing for me after a while lol
I was single for 3 1/2 years. I don't really date though; I'm more the relationship type. All or nothing!

i'm on the same page as kelly. i find it's a waste of my time/effort if it's merely temporary. might as well be FWB in that case.

Thanks. Working out 4-5 days a week. Eating healthy. No fast food, soda, sweets, alcohol, anything greasy, etc. Wanting to do the Tough Mudder in October.

Workout depends on the day really. Monday and Tuesday I typically have to keep it around 30-45 minutes sue to class in the evening. Mostly cardio by running and sometimes stationary sit-down bike or elliptical. Occasionally lifting using the machines. I need to start doing more strength training though. Warmed up on the rowing machine today for 2 minutes. I have started doing pushups, squats, and jumping jacks every other morning at 5am when I wake up.

As for food, breakfast is usually egg beaters with cheese, spices, and ketchup, cup of milk, and some fruit or oatmeal with fruit and rarely I have all 4. Morning snack is a handful of peanuts. Lunch is a weight loss shake called MonaVie Reveal. Afternoon snack is a protein bar before my workout. Dinner is either chicken, lean burgers, or fish with veggies and sometimes rice. Depends on if I ate much the rest of the day and have calories left. Nothing after dinner and I try and be done by 6:30. If you want more info let me know.
