I've literally hit a wall with this job. I make minimum wage and this is the MOST they are ever going to pay me, and I'm working right at 40 hours a week so it's the most hours they're going to give me. So I'm making the MOST money I will ever make at this job.

Start chasing leads for other jobs. Otherwise, you're stuck.
And make no mistake, cookie boy is laughing at you not with you. He feels compelled to live up to the title under his user name. His life must be truly miserable.

I'm factual and not trying to be insulting. Please prove my statements false. Do you read your own posts or even consider how they may be perceived?
Regarding your positive side, for some of your posts, I enjoy your dry humor and sarcasm. I'd like to see more of this side of you.
On the other hand, you often cross the line into being just plain mean and disruptive. I'd prefer to do without this s*** disturber side that has no purpose but to annoy others.

Being miserable has nothing to do with it. I know of a couple people that play the role of Mr. a*****e online just because they know people take words seriously. But in person they are the complete opposite. One I know is very successful and a very happy person.
The fact that you are trying to explain yourself to him or have him explain himself to you means he has already gotten to you. Trolls are best dealt with by ignoring them. But we all know no one takes cookie boy seriously

Isn't this^ what you should have written, John? Or is your style of moderating "not to moderate" and to encourage trolls and flamers? This seems to be what you are saying here and in another thread. Do other CC moderators support this view?
And let's be clear, I don't think any of cookie's comments to me in this thread are out of line as he was just reacting to my criticisms of him.

as for being disruptive i suppose i am sometimes but that's not what my goal is. I am only posting what i think, and if the subject is something stupid that shouldn't have been allowed in the first place then that's exactly what i am going to say. and I will try to prove my point without making personal comments about the posters. (unless they are being incredible daft. in that case there's no reason to try to prove anything to them because they refuse to understand or budge from their opinion)

I just woke up. Worked a 36 hour shift from friday through yesterday. Passed out pretty early last night after having some wings.
Twelve hours of sleep and now im up watching bbc topgear reruns waiting for the other guys from work to wake up.
North Dakota sucks, but ive been to worse places. Gotta make the best of it while im here. Got ten more days til i head home...
