So you definetly recommend the b18b1?? Cause right now I have a sohc, just a stock d16y8

I also have a brand new turbo kit I just purchased for it, I just am not impressed with this sohc at all

I mean from what I hear you can do a lot to them but idk bro just not feeling it

if your gonna go DOHC mine as well go big haha. idk much bout the DOHC engines but i do know that B20 setup sounds beast, that D16Y8 could sell for a pretty penny too.

B18b1's are fun. I had one in an ls integra. Torquey.

I personally want a B16, for the high revving and vtec ;) plus it makes for an easy swap. Plus wrinkle red b16 valve covers are sexy.

But b18's are a good choice for boost. Turbo ls vtec's are SICK and a good well done, tuned setup Is capable of puttin down some crazy numbers!

personally if i was already going thru the trouble of a b series swap it wouldnt be for a b16 i would have to go either ls/vtec or gsr.

So you would do an ls/vtec as oppose to a b18 non vtec?

Now would you just do all motor at that point, or go ahead and boost it as well... cause i'd really like to boost somthing, but I think that building an all motor monster would be awesome to do as well.... so many damn choices lol
