Just Got Paid (Opinion Thread)

This thread is for me to gain members opinions of what they would buy for their EK after they just received a pay check of about $300. Below I listed and have pictures of things I bought with past pay checks. If you are going to tell me to save please enlighten me on what I should save for. Something I am not really looking to buy at the moment is stuff to lower my car, the previous owner must have had it lowered because it is lower then a regular stock civic. I hope to keep this thread continuously going and updated with new ideas as I buy new things. All opinions are welcome and I would like to thank you all for your time! PLEASE DON'T TRY TO TELL ME WASTING ALL MY MONEY ON MY CAR IS STUPID BECAUSE I AM GOING TO HAVE THIS ONE FOR AWHILE!

Specs on my Ek:
1996 Civic Dx Coupe, Black
200k+ miles
Stock Everything
The theme for this car is more of a Black/Red theme.
Plan on eventually doing a B18C swap

This what I have bought with past pay checks:

17" Moteki Rims- $220 (Will eventually be winter rims)

06+ Civic Si Rear Seats- $250 (Needed because OEM rear seats are faded plus it has been hard for me to find these online so I jumped on these when I saw them) They have to cigarette burns and need cleaned.

Replacement Cup Holder- $30 (Old one had ink all in it and this one gets rid of the ugly tape player)

Aahhh I remember when I was younger and wanted to spend every dime on my car too. Words of advice from someone that was in your shoes at one time.... Save it. I regret wasting all the money I did on my car. But hey we all learn.

I would but I plan on keeping my first car for the rest of my life so might as well put money into it. I have plenty of time so save money. I'm only gonna put money into this car until I'm 25 because thats when I plan to get a new one. I'm 19 now.

If you're going to put money into it, do maintenance first. It'll catch up to you if you don't. You'll always be able to modify it later down the road.

When I was 18 I thought I would keep my EM1 for the rest of my life too. I found out I had a price, and it was $5500

Do I miss it? Yea sometimes, when I see a clean civic on the street. Do I regret selling it? Nope. I had my time with it and enjoyed every minute driving it, but I was happy to move on.
