Okay so I have some great news. Make a long story short I'm getting a raise. If my overtime come back soon I'll have an extra $400-$500 a pay check and if I get another job I'll have another $300-$400 on top. Mind you all of that will go towards the car not for bills. As of now I'll have about $1000 a paycheck which is enough to pay the bills and get by with about a extra 200 for me to throw in my saving. I get paid every two weeks and I'm only working 80 hours a pay period since overtime has been taking away. But there are rumors of it returning in October so if it does that will be great. Now idk if I will still be on a bi-weekly pay schedule since I'm being transitioned from a intern to a temp. (Being a temp is the only way I can stay at my job without being in college because I haven't been hired as a employee yet) I'll definitely be able to knock out purchasing my suspension mods over winter and I should be able to get a new set of wheels by spring with no problem. Knock on wood because it's not official to me till I see the change on my pay check but my boss pretty much said I'm getting a raise. I pray to the lord above that this falls threw with no issue at all. All the paper work has been signed off by the vice president of Research and Development(My department). All I have left to do on my end is take a drug test since I'll be under a temp agency now and they require all new hires to do this.(Kelly Services temp agency works for my job and they provide temps to do various jobs like working on the assembly line) I will still have the same job and do the same task and work with the same people as a do now. All that will change is my job title and who I get paid by. So let's hope that in a couple of weeks I can start going HAM with purchases.
