It's all about what you want to be honest. If you aren't running any big brake kit then I wouldn't really worry about clearance issues unless you want to run HX's
Word I didn't know hx's needed spacers

But you can grind very little material from the EX brakes to make them fit :thumbs up

You can grind the inside of the wheel too. It's easiest to use washers or spacers. I had HXs on my car when I bought it and I was baffled because nothing looked modified and mines an SI. Turns out they swapped the spindles off a cx to make it fit

Wouldn't that throw the balance off the wheels if you did that?
That's pretty crazy thing to do to make hx's fit lol

Tomorrow I get to ripe this baby apart and get to replacing all the old warn things with the new parts. I still need a intake gasket and a crankshaft seal. And I need to get new coolant. More money more money but hey next week I get to buy something I'll be excited about. This is the beginning of my winter collection of parts that I plan to put under the Christmas tree so I can smile that morning and feel like a five year old all over again. Parts I plan to start buying as of next week.

-F&F Type 1's
-Function 7 Lower Control Arms
-ASR Subframe Brace
-Beaks Tie Bar
-NRG Short Hub
-NRG 2.5 Quick Release
-MOMO Steering Wheel
-Short Shifter( thinking about K Tuned but Idk)
-Energy Suspension Shifter Bushings
-New Wheels and Tires

And maybe a few trips to the Honda dealer for some odds and ends. I am hoping to get more done over winter but I think this is a conservative achievable purchase goal.

Was going to start now but I have to wait till tomorrow because my dads being difficult. Also I was going to buy the Mystery oil cleaner but I was told by the manager at autozone that I have to mix it with the new oil and not to drain it so I didn't get it.

Autozone....it's like a blackhole for automotive knowledge. Info goes in, and get twisted and warped until finally there isn't any actual knowledge left, just an empty space
