These plugs don't even have 3,000 miles on them. But with oil burning I'm not expecting them to look great either.I also think its time for new spark plugs, they look okay, but dont look GREAT!
Replaced those about a month ago along with the water pump,head gasket, intake & exhaust gasket, cam & crankshaft seal, new oil&filter and a coolant flushJust replace the valve seals, i bet thats your problem.

By my rebuilt LS swapWell I gotta do something fast. I have emissions in like two weeks. FML I might have to sell my suspension part to get a swap. I found a b16 long block that I'm going to look into.

I'll look in your thread. I have been looking at making an LS a option. But I really want a B16 or a GSR if I can find one for cheap. I did running across a GSR block for 250 but it has a spun bearing so that's a no go.By my rebuilt LS swap
