Plugs look good. Around 180psi across the board. Smh. WTF. Are the oil seal rings the only ones that are bad????




I guess I'll look at the valve seals to see if any of them popped off. Idk scratching my head.

If your burning only its either, valve seals, piston rings, or clogged PCV valve.

I also think its time for new spark plugs, they look okay, but dont look GREAT!
These plugs don't even have 3,000 miles on them. But with oil burning I'm not expecting them to look great either.

Just replace the valve seals, i bet thats your problem.
Replaced those about a month ago along with the water pump,head gasket, intake & exhaust gasket, cam & crankshaft seal, new oil&filter and a coolant flush

Well I gotta do something fast. I have emissions in like two weeks. FML I might have to sell my suspension part to get a swap. I found a b16 long block that I'm going to look into.

It's a b16a1 I need a a2. Engine has to be the same year as the car or newer. I don't want to have to deal with any BS. I want the swap to be legit. As long as I find a obd2 swap I'm good. But I think I'm going to just go to emissions and see if I pass. If I don't oh well I'll just pay the $20 fee for not getting the car retested and ill source a swap.

I'll look in your thread. I have been looking at making an LS a option. But I really want a B16 or a GSR if I can find one for cheap. I did running across a GSR block for 250 but it has a spun bearing so that's a no go.
