blades....really....over 11" brakes with a 4pot caliper

it's definitely going to have to be a race inspired wheel. Most 15's don't clear 11" BBK's. I'm asking sort of a tough question...and i'm looking for OTHER wheel options outside of what I mentioned because I know they ones i listed will clear
Lol forgot about the brakes! My bad!
Although a friend had his wilwoods shaved to fit under si rims.

Enkei PF01's

IMO... best choice you posted. they look good, and are light and strong.
from my list, the volk's are the lightest and best constructed, but they come with a price tag to match. There's gotta be other wheels out there that I haven't considered that meet my specs.
I just finished your coupe thread again lol, I'm going na b16. That bay was beautiful, I'm also thinking about the 949's in nickel cause they are in my price range and very light. You should get black ones!
the b16 was fun.....needed to be revved all the time, but that was the fun part. I just can't deny that there were plenty of times when I wished I didnt have to downshift to get a move on. I wouldn't get a solid black wheel, just not in me to do that lol, I wonder if JLine can make a set that will clear...

I really like the Buddy Club P1s. Have you ever considered Wedsport?

edit: looks like the widest 15 they offer is only 7"

Well I figured since your starting a collection, you could have straight track wheels in black to go with the black/carbon/( and future CTR lights) look to be menacing and total racecar.

I wouldn't even know where to buy Rotas.

Kosei would need a spacer, haven't look at any wedsport wheels, may have trouble finding a 4x100

You can always find some nice Rotas on craigslist lol

Wedsports are really nice, but they don't have as many Honda sizes. Mostly 5x114.3 17s and 18s.

After I stopped in and read you mentioned the 949 wheels, I was looking around at lower end track applications and seen a different set in the same price range, I hope I can get these eventually instead. The team dynamics pro race 1.3 wheel, it comes in 15x7 +30 or +25. It's popular in the miata crowd and is designed with bbk applications in mind. Should be a low cost dd wheel solution, and they look similar to the buddy club p1.

that's the problem.

The Team Dynamics wheels have some of the best BBK clearance though. I don't want to sacrifice my wheel sizing though. I do love how their 15" wheel can fit the 12" BBK with 6pot calipers.

Get em rebuilt to x8. Might still be cheaper than some of the baller alternatives...

I don't care about being cheap, and i don't want to have to trust the integrity of the wheel itself and then have to trust the work of it being widened. Plus modding a cheap wheel seems retarded to me. Like the wheel isn't worth the money to modify it

The way i always look at it is, the ctr came with 15's so 15's are big enough. Beyond that, it's not as mainstream, if i had 16's I'd go with larger brakes and have the same fitment situations because I'm not going five lug, i like the fatter tires in the wheel well, and i like the lighter rotating mass.

I'm anal about it, but hey, it's my car lol

I say 5 lug swap and 16's.

5th gen run 15's. 6th gen run 16's...

800-1000 for an extra bolt and lug nuts...f**k that. And I've seen too many of these to want larger diameter wheels

Plus going bigger is taking the easy way out.
