Saw the pics on intsa. Looking good! How hard was it to take apart? I'll be painting mine around spring.

It's not hard at all I took pictures so I might make a DIY when I get the time. Honda made it very easy. But I did have a issue with some lock tight on a few screw which I had to drill out but other then that it was cake

Thanks their not perfect but I think they came out ok. I might wet sand and polish them but idk we'll see.
I highly recomend it. How many coats of clear did you do? That will decide how much wet sanding you can do. Whenever I paint a part Ill wet sand - rubbing compound - wax

I did a light coat followed by one good wet coat so there isn't that much to sand away which is one of the reasons I'm even thinking of not sanding them but I can always sand them later if I decide not too.

Yea I always loved folding mirrors on a civic. So glade I finally got some.

Here is a picture of a test fit I just froze my finger off to do. The mirrors work great and the color match is almost exact. Pretty good for a off the shelf spray paint. Duplicolor knows there s**t.

And one of my dining room floor photos where I take all my pics of car parts lol

Should have more updates next week for sure. Just stacking some money for a cylinder head.

My timing chain and alternator for the K24 should be here next week. I need to get new tires for my rear wheels as well before I lower the car. I also worked some over time so I'll have extra cash to put to the side for parts.
