A lot of variables there but upgrading the grounds is importantupgrade your grounds. I am pulling a lot of power in my system and I don't have a cap extra battery or none of that crap and I have zero problems. just look up the power on the us amp md2d and I have no problems
A cap is just a band aid. It doesn't actually fix the problem.If you're running a system you definitely need a capacitor, it prevents surges and your lights won't dim.

Upgrade your grounds, better battery, add a 2nd battery, upgrade your alternator

I've worked at a full custom shop. I'm not saying I know more then you or you know more then me. You want more electrical storage add another battery.Oh my hell. Guys, I work in an audio shop, I understand this stuff. If you're limited voltage wise then you need a higher farad. There is no downside to adding more electrical storage
